Park Ridge, Illinois – Interra Global announced the hiring of Nicole Gochev as the newest member of their Operations Team. Having worked at multiple companies in the cargo and transport industries, Gochev brings eight years of operational and logistics experience to the company. Her responsibilities included planning, organizing, negotiating, and booking loads as well as preparing payrolls, maintaining customer information database, creating invoices and responding to customer inquiries. Gochev also attended Computer Systems Institute and Udacity to enhance her data modeling and database administration skills.
Within the Operations Team, Gochev will be involved in servicing our customers as well as supporting operations. She will be directly involved in handling customer inquiries, processing orders, arranging freight, dispatching warehouse instructions, and tracking shipments. Gochev will also be responsible for maintaining ongoing customer relationships and working closely with the sales, administration, and management teams to find innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
