Park Ridge, Illinois – Interra Global has announced the addition of Suzanna Fidanovski as their new Business Analyst. Fidanovski has nine years of experience working in higher education, where she was a budget analyst at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During that time, she implemented a standardized month-end reconciliation process for multiple business units, analyzed financial packages for six departments, monitored the budget for select programs, created budget reports, and handled many other accounting department responsibilities.
Fidanovski received her MS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago while maintaining her position as a budget analyst. Her expansive range of skills includes budgeting, finance, invoicing, policy and user manual writing, new hire and user training, and systems development.
At Interra Global, Fidanovski will be involved at all levels of the business and every phase of a project lifecycle. She will be responsible for mastering the Salesforce data model and performing month-end data analysis. In addition to her data-related responsibilities, Fidanovski will gain a deep understanding of the business requirements and operational workflows and collaborate with product owners to learn process inefficiencies and pain points. With this knowledge, she will assist in testing, implementing, documenting, and training users on new system functionalities and enhancements. Fidanovski will be working closely with the operations, sales, and information systems teams.
