Park Ridge, Illinois – Interra Global announced the addition of Clay Baum to its sales team. Baum has spent the last fifteen years in the software industry. Most recently, he was a customer success director at Oracle. At this position, Baum was responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal revenue for the state of New York public sector. Before his role as director, Baum managed a team of customer service managers responsible for ensuring Oracle solutions were successfully deployed for high-value customers. He also used his customer service management skills when he was a solution account manager at Adobe. Baum’s extensive experience in ensuring customer success will translate directly to his role at Interra Global.
Baum will be at the forefront of customer relationship management at Interra Global. As their account manager, he will communicate with clients to ensure their needs are understood. He will address customer complaints, oversee the processes related to the clients’ needs, and improve the customer experience from acquisition to quote creation. Baum will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers. He will acquire new customers by understanding consumer behavior and having a deep understanding of the ever-changing adsorbent market needs. Baum will act as the liaison between the sales department and various other internal departments to ensure customer success. His ability to maintain excellent relations will be invaluable to Interra Global and all of its clients.
