Park Ridge, Illinois – Interra Global has announced the addition of Lucy Danner to its operations and accounting teams. Danner earned her BS in Accounting from Roosevelt University and soon after passed the CPA certification exam. She worked at Aon Corporation for 14 years and General Motors for 13, where she specialized in customer service and quality assurance.
Danner will have key daily accounting responsibilities, including monitoring all bank accounts, managing collections, and processing customer payments and payable invoices. Besides these daily tasks, she will be involved in several aspects of month-end reconciliation, journal processing, and financial activity reporting. As part of the operations team, Danner will help monitor customer inventory orders. This involves handling everything from checking stock to creating sales orders and documentation, collecting freight quotes, dispatching with the warehouses, invoicing, and following up with customer inquiries. Lucy’s high attention to detail and quality customer service will be an asset to Interra Global.
