With a career that spans spa and fitness operations, project management, and now sales operations, Patty’s ability to embrace change and drive innovation makes her an irreplaceable part of our team.
From Spa Director to Sales Operations Specialist
Before joining Interra Global, Patty spent over 20 years in the spa industry, where she honed her expertise in operations, leadership, and project management. She served as Director of Operations for multiple large spas, project-managed the opening of a brand-new facility in Chicago’s South Loop, and led spa operations at The Four Seasons and The Ritz-Carlton. Managing major transitions, including ownership changes and renovations, gave her a strong foundation in problem-solving and adaptability.
After 20-plus years in the spa industry, Patty decided to shift gears and joined Interra Global for the first time. She later worked at Big Blue Swim Schools as a multi-site General Manager, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and training. However, the culture and team at Interra Global called her back, and we’re thrilled to have her on board again!
The Interra Global Fit
She said her first experience with Interra was just luck, but she quickly realized it was a place where she could thrive. “It’s definitely the people and culture,” she says. “I love the kindness, the support, and the cross-training opportunities that help everyone grow.”
When she had the chance to return, it was an easy decision. “I didn’t want to overuse the word ‘culture,’ but it’s true.”
A Day in the Life at Interra
As a Sales Operations Specialist, Patty does a little bit of everything. She ensures everything runs smoothly from processing orders and managing inventory to working closely with the Sales Team on forecasting and direct shipping. She also plays a key role in special projects, including coordinating the employee move to our newly renovated office space.
Her attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills make her a natural fit for the role. “I like to find the middle ground to come to the best solution for everyone involved,” she explains.

- Favorite Food: Sushi – she’s especially excited about a good dragon roll!
- Favorite Holiday: Christmas – it was her mom’s favorite, making it extra special.
- Free Time Activities: Swimming, working out, yoga, and spending time with her son (plus the occasional well-earned nap).
