MethaneMaxx corrects the micronutrient deficiencies in anaerobic digester feedstock that limit microbial activity and hold a plant below stable operation. It is a chelated trace element liquid.
Twelve elements are supplied in chelated form, which keeps them in solution and available to the microbial population rather than precipitating out before they can be taken up. MethaneMaxx is dosed into a digester in service, either manually or through an automatic dosing pump, with no shutdown and no change to the feed system. It is supplied in 20 liter bottles, 200 liter drums, and 1000 liter IBC totes.
