As the business grows, the team grows, and we’re back again to shout out another of our newer team members, Lisa.
Before joining Interra Global, Lisa built her career at Dell, working in an executive support role under the C-suite before transitioning to add supporting the sales team to her workload. At Dell, a company with around 40,000 employees in the U.S., Lisa worked closely with a sales team of approximately 150 members, ensuring efficiency and smooth operations. Shifting from such a large corporation to a more intimate team at Interra Global was a significant change but has proven incredibly rewarding.
Finding the Perfect Fit
Lisa’s journey to Interra Global was all about timing. She was looking for a new opportunity when Interra Global’s doors opened, making it almost like fate. From the moment she joined, she knew it was the right fit. The company’s supportive atmosphere and collaborative culture made her transition seamless.
As an Operations Specialist, Lisa ensures our customers receive top-tier service. Her daily tasks include entering orders, assisting customers with questions, and working closely with team members like Patty, Katrina, and David. She received training from Jenna and continues to thrive in her role, thanks to her self-motivation, organization, and accountability.
