VACUUM ADSORPTION VESSEL A mobile bulk media vessel for hydrogen sulfide removal from landfill gas, wastewater digester gas, and agricultural biogas. Gas distributes across the full bed, so the media loads evenly rather than channeling and more of the bed is used before a changeout. AUTOMATED POWDER-TO-SLURRY DOSING SYSTEM A bulk bag unloading and dosing system that converts iron hydroxide powder into slurry and doses it into the digester, continuously and without dust. Hard-to-wet iron powders are the reason it exists: a proprietary wetting stage takes the powder straight to slurry, and integrated PLC and HMI controls run unloading and dosing from one prewired panel, with water flow and pressure telemetry on the operator screen. Frame sizing matches the site's bulk bags, and weatherization and chemical doser packages are optional. CHOOSING BETWEEN THEM The two systems answer different requirements. When the requirement is a treated gas stream that meets an outlet specification, the vessel is the tool, loaded with iron hydroxide media matched to the inlet concentration and flow. When the requirement is lower sulfide in the digester itself, the dosing system is the tool.
