Gary Byers Named One of MSW Management's 22 Innovators of 2022

PARK RIDGE, Ill., June 13, 2022 - Gary Byers, Director of Interra Global's Biogas Division, has been named one of MSW Management's 22 Innovators of 2022. The magazine's June issue cover story profiles people it credits with innovations that are transforming the world.

Interra Global nominated Byers for his dedication to the biogas industry and his support for turning waste into usable energy. Byers joined the company in 2013 working with siloxane removal and soon moved to its H₂S removal media, FerroSorp®. He introduced the product to the North American market, where it has since been used at more than 200 biogas-producing sites.
