Vacuum Adsorption Vessel (VAV)

The Vacuum Adsorption Vessel (VAV) is designed to maximize media performance. These mobile bulk media vessels are designed for gas to evenly flow through the entire bed and fully utilize the media. VAVs can easily be implemented in new and existing systems to improve OpEx for H2S removal.

VAVs do not require foundation work or cement structures for installation; gravel pads are suitable for these vessels. With a capacity of over 440 ft³ of FerroSorp® media or any bulk media, the VAV675M extends operating time and reduces the number of changeouts needed. Our equipment can help extend media life, simplify system use, and increase performance consistency and reliability. In combination with our high-capacity media, our media vessels can handle varying levels of inlet hydrogen sulfide concentrations while maintaining the most strict of outlet requirements.

These systems can be used at wastewater plants, landfills, dairy farms, and a multitude of other applications.
