METHANEMAXX™ BIOGAS TRACE ELEMENT ADDITIVE

MethaneMaxx™ is a liquid digester additive that combines chelated TRACE ELEMENTS to enhance AD plant output and operation. It is designed to correct the nutritional deficiencies of existing feedstocks for optimal microorganism activity to increases biogas yields and plant stability.

Key Points:

  • Complete blend with all necessary trace elements for AD optimization: Ni – Co – Se – Mo – Fe – Zn – Cu – Mn – Ca – Mg – K – B
  • Safe to text directly in operating digesters, no risk involved
  • Easy to dose – manually or automatic pump

Description

MethaneMaxx increases biogas yields and plant stability and is designed to cover the nutritional deficiencies of existing microorganisms. A healthy methanogenic bacterial population has unique nutritional requirements of specific micronutrients. When these conditions are met, the Methane Forming Bacteria (MFB) work at their maximum capacity generating higher biogas volumes and CH4 proportions within the biogas. All micronutrients present in the product are chelated with EDTA to ensure the maximum bioavailability of trace elements by preventing them from precipitating within the reactor.
