Say hello to our Marketing Coordinator, Allison. You probably didn’t know, but she has already said hi to you through our advertisements and social media posts. Behind every advertisement and social media post is the Marketing Coordinator; hoping this will be the time you decide to say hi back, but please, do pass go and speak directly to Sales.
Before arriving in the Marketing Office of Interra Global in April 2021, Allison spent time on various Marketing and Communications teams. Her most recent role before Interra was as Communications Coordinator for the Air Line Pilots Association, where she spent nearly five years. On the daily, Allison works with the Sales team to create and maintain awareness around the Interra Global brand. Brand management includes writing educational blog posts for the website, keeping current on social media, getting to know customer trends, and, the most fun part, designing swag for the Interra Global team. That happens during and around the busiest time of the year, trade show season.
Her favorite part about working at Interra is the care leadership shows to every team member. “It’s obvious everyone here feels valued,” said Allison. These values became apparent in the interviews, especially with their consideration for getting to know her as a person and not only her work. The respect and attention to work-life balance ensured her it would be a great fit.
In her spare time, you’ll find Allison in the kitchen whipping up some sweet treats, cooking with unexpected flavor combinations, and home-brewing beer the old-fashioned way, with a big pot on the stove and good company. Look out for her handiwork on the Interra Global blog, social media, and out in the wild.
